I recently accepted the challenge of participating in the 2010 Polar Plunge for Special Olympics Kentucky. Not only will I be taking a chilly dip in the Ohio River at Tumbleweed on the River, but I'll be raising money for children and adults in Kentucky with intellectual disabilities so that they can have the opportunity to experience the joy of sports training and competition.
